Ordering and Payment Information

 

Payment options include secure online payment by credit card through Google Checkout, wire transfer through PayPal, or check by US Mail.

 

We normally receive appraisal requests from lenders, property owners, investors, attorneys and accountants. However, requests are welcome from any interested party. Please contact us to discuss your needs and required delivery timeframe.

 

Lenders, feel free to send your company’s standard appraisal request form to us by email to aly@valuemaui.com or fax to (206) 984-3703 with all pertinent information on the subject property.

 

Once we’ve reviewed your needs, we can agree on a price. We offer standard fees for a range of services. Complex appraisals require special pricing. We offer reduced rates for our regular clients and for volume orders.

 

We’ll then email you an Agreement for Real Estate Appraisal Services. Please read it carefully, sign, and fax to us at (206) 984-3703. Lenders please note that you are our client, not the borrower. You may designate the borrower to pay for the appraisal on your behalf if you wish. However, the client remains ultimately responsible for payment.

 

Typically we require payment at or before the time of inspection unless your company pays through a third party appraisal management firm with which we do business. We do not accept payment out of escrow as it is prohibited by USPAP. We do accommodate special payment plans for regular clients.

 

You may pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), check, or wire transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will email you a Google Checkout invoice and you may pay through Google Checkout’s secure online payment servers. If you choose to pay by wire transfer, we will email you a PayPal invoice and you may pay through PayPal’s secure online payment servers.

 

Please note that reports for appraisals paid by check will not be delivered until the check clears unless the writer of the check is a regular client or is an appraisal management firm with which we do business.

 

Your report will be delivered as a PDF file. We can deliver via AppraisalPort.com if your company requires it.  We can include a data file if you wish to import data from the report into your software.
